Will Carnival Experience was born from Willian Costa's 15+ year journey in the Brazilian carnival universe. Throughout his career, Will has built solid expertise working with some of the most prestigious samba schools in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Working alongside top industry professionals, he has directly participated in the creation, production, and execution of shows that thrill millions of people every single year.

His journey began as an assistant in major carnival projects, collaborating with renowned carnival designers and artistic teams. Over the years, he earned his space and recognition, taking on leadership positions across different segments of the carnival.

During his career, he was part of the Carnival Commission for Unidos de Padre Miguel, actively participating in the planning, development, and execution of the parade—coordinating both artistic and operational processes.

Throughout his career, he has also worked alongside prominent carnival designers and industry professionals, contributing to projects for schools such as Império Serrano, Portela, Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel, Paraíso do Tuiuti, Unidos de Padre Miguel, and Unidos de Vila Maria.

Beyond his work in samba schools, Will has developed projects related to entertainment, cultural experiences, VIP lounges, and festivals—expanding his vision of Carnival's potential as a powerful tool for connecting people, cultures, and opportunities.
